It is a kind of insecticide, which was first developed by T.Kato and others in Japan in 1964. It was developed by SumitomoChemicalCo., Ltd. (Japan) and FMC Corporation (FMCCorp.) in the United States. Names include Nobinamin, Neo-Pynamin, PhthalthrinChemicalbook, etc. Mithrin has a quick knockdown effect on mosquitoes, flies and other health pests, but it has poor lethal performance and recovery phenomenon, so it should be used in combination with other insecticides with good insecticidal effect. The drug has a certain driving effect on cockroaches, which can make the cockroaches living in the dark place run out under the action of methrin and kill them by other insecticides.
